CAS passes the test!

Citizens Advice Sunderland is very pleased to note that it has once again passed the Quality of Advice Assessment audit undertaken by its membership body Citizens Advice.

The assessment is part of the overall Citizens Advice membership Audit. Its purpose is to check the quality of advice provided by the service against set criteria set out in the Membership scheme, and to provide recommendations for improvement where this is required.

The bureau has improved on its previous score of 87% recorded in 2008, by posting a score of 88% in its latest audit.

Citizens Advice commended the bureau in its achievement, and confirmed that no corrective actions were required.
