As an independent charity, we rely on donations and grants to survive. Without this help and support, we would not be able to offer free advice and information to everyone in the community who needs help.

A donation, however small, will make a huge difference to us and we are very grateful for the help we receive each year. All money raised helps to cover our running costs, ensuring we offer an effective service to the local community.

FUNDRAISING?

A lot of people think that the Citizens Advice Bureau is funded by the Government. This is simply not true, we are an independent charity and rely on donations and grants to survive.

Training and telephone calls are two of our biggest expenses which are essential to meeting the needs of our clients.

To ensure we can continue to offer a free and effective advice service to the local community, we need to actively fundraise to generate the capital needed to cover our running costs and maintain high standards.
